This residential masterpiece in Soho, NY features penthouses with personal swimming pools. The lower floors boast 6 foot wide sash windows that open by dropping down to create a railing. On the higher floor windows open 17-20 feet electronically (see image below). In addition, blackout shades are provided in all rooms for privacy and to block unwanted sunlight. Some residences feature sliding bookcases to close or open up a room. Being that I am a very private person, I am completely obsessed with the idea of having a personal swimming pool in Manhattan. That is very, very rare.
