Oftentimes, we go along and don't really notice any changes in ourselves or in our lives - everything seems the same. Of course, that is an illusion, for things are always either improving or deteriorating. Life is a continual series of both that go on in different areas of our lives. When something reaches a tipping point, we assumed that things have happened out of the blue, but of course, that is not always true - the clues were there but you never noticed.
