Bellbottoms are back in town. Here are some ways to style them.
My Bellbottom Rules:
1: If you are shorter than 5'9', you should wear them with massive platforms. Why? Because they fill in the bottom of the bell and make your legs look amazing.
2: For high-waisted bellbottoms, wear a form fitting blouse tucked in with a belt.
3: For slim fit low-rise bellbottoms, wear a looser fitting top that is long in length. If you wear a loose fitting  top that is too short, you might end up resembling a lamp. That's not a good look.
