Next stop, Reserva Amazonica-Tambopata. I Just opened my daily email from Urban Daddy and found this little gem. The hotel is located in the rain forest adjacent to Tambopata National Reserve in southern Peru. Inkaterra is the name of the company who developed this amazing hotel as well as two others, Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel and La Casona Cusco. Inkaterra's goal in creating these hotels in the heart of nature is to promote sustainable tourism. At Reserva Amazonica you have the option to stay in a bungalow or the Canopy Tree House. Since I am obsessed with tree houses, I would 100% opt to sleep in the trees.
