The dresses below are going to be featured tonight as part of the American Women: Fashioning a National Identity exhibit tonight at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts' Costume Institute Gala. The exhibit will be open to the public from May 5th to August 15th. The fur blazer towards the bottom makes my heart beat really fast. Why pieces like that were missing in fall collections is beyond me. Images via Met
